When tracking is available, customers will receive shipping information using the contact details associated with the order. A tracking number may show limited activity while the carrier receives and scans the parcel.
Some orders may be divided into separate packages because of product size, item location, packaging needs, or carrier restrictions. Separate packages may arrive independently.
Address Accuracy

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be found, customers should:

- Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff.
- Review carrier notices and tracking details.
- Contact the carrier for delivery confirmation.
- Notify Novalureas™ if further assistance is needed.
Novalureas™ does not guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as correctly delivered, but we will review available information and provide reasonable assistance.
